Workshop Terms and Conditions
·         A deposit of $100 is required to secure your position in the classes. The balance is paid when you attend the class either by cash, cheque or  direct bank deposit. If you do not attend, your deposit is not refunded.
 
·         Deposits are non refundable except in the event of hospitalisation or birth. If your pregnancy circumstances change, please contact Birth and Babes directly to discuss your situation.No refunds are offered if you fail to attend the course, however you will have the opportunity to attend another course or you can transfer your booking to someone else if this is arranged at least one week prior to your original class date.
 
·         Full course payment needs to be made at the commencement of the first class unless prior arrangements have been made.
 
·         Birth and Babes reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In case of course cancellation, your payment will be either fully refunded or you can choose another course date.
 
·         Birth and Babes will ensure you have a confirmation email when registering for a class. An email including information about our venue will also be sent approximately 3 weeks prior to your class date. If confirmation that you have received the email has not been received this will be followed up by phone.  At times we may use text reminders of the class. However, it is solely your responsibility to remember your course dates and details and to follow up on any concerns or queries.  You are most welcome to telephone or email Jodie or Kerri-Ann if you have any questions at any time before or after the class.
 

·         The participants confirm that they understand that the calmbirth® and Active birth workshops provided by Birth and Babes does not provide medical advice, and that they should seek the advice of a medical doctor to assist with any health related or pregnancy related issues surrounding the pregnancy, labour or birth.
